Kershaw Volt SS model pocket knife. This version of the Volt offers a clean and elegant appearance. The design is based on Kershaw's original Volt, a composite blade wonder. The Volt SS doesn't have a composite blade, but what it does have is pure stainless steel, all the way.

The blade is high-grade 8CR13MoV stainless steel, heat-treated to Kershaw specifications to bring out the best in steel: strength, toughness, and the ability to take and hold a wicked edge. The Volt SS blade shape is a versatile clip point. With its narrow, trimmed tip, it provides additional cutting control for delicate tasks. At the same time, the blade has enough of a belly to make it a good slicer too.

The handle is pure stainless steel with a strong locking frame. It's slimmer than previous Volts, making it sit comfortably in your pocket. The pocket clip is reversible to be worn point up or point down. And did we mention that the Volt SS is equipped with the SpeedSafe® assisted opening system? Simply pull back on the ambidextrous flipper and the blade swings out of the handle, quickly and easily.
