The salmon knife must have a long, flexible blade with alternate alveoli on both sides. This knife is especially suitable for cutting very thin slices of salmon and ham. It is also suitable for cutting and dividing cake bases.

They are made of injected polypropylene (PP), a hygienic plastic material with good shock stability, non-slip and resistant to high temperatures (120-130ºC). The union between handle and blade is permanent thanks to the injection process with which they are joined.
