Katana Iaito John Lee model Zaza. Zaza is the Japanese word for bamboo. Due to its straight shape and fresh green color, it is a symbol of growth and purity. In Japanese culture it is also known as a symbol of fortune. The light, well-balanced blade is forged from 420 stainless steel without sharpening. The hilt is wrapped in black cotton finished with original ray skin in the traditional style. The decorations of the sword (Tsuba, Fuchi, Kashira, Menuki) show bamboo themes. The highly polished black scabbard is decorated with golden bamboo leaves and knotted with high-quality bicolor Sageo. The scabbard ends are made from the finest buffalo horn. The sword will be delivered in a collector's box with a stamped cloth bag, seal and certificate.
