La Legio I Adiutrix (First legion "auxiliary") was a Roman legion, created in the year 68 by Galba by orders of Emperor Nero. The last record of the activity of this legion dates from 444, when it was stationed in Brigetio (modern Szöny) in the province of Panonia. The symbols of this legion were the Capricorn and the Pegasus.
