The cup is not calibrated and is therefore intended exclusively for private use.
Please note that specifications will vary from part to part and the images above are for reference only. As wood is a natural product, variations in color and grain are quite normal. Therefore, each wooden cup is a unique piece with its own characteristics and patterns.
To ensure that you enjoy this article for a long time, please note the following:
- The beer mug is not suitable for filling with hot drinks.
- Before using it for the first time, you should clean the inside and outside of the beer mug with a damp cloth and allow it to dry. The beer mug should then be rubbed with (unflavored) vegetable oil or paraffin oil (medicated white oil, (per)paraffin liquid) at a temperature of approx. 60 degrees. Then, let the wooden cup dry and allow the oil to soak in for at least 10 hours. Subsequently, excess oil can be rubbed off. Repeat this procedure twice, always making sure that a large amount of oil does not collect on the bottom. In the future, repeat this treatment regularly after approximately 3 1x uses.
- After each use, rinse the container with lukewarm water and let it dry at room temperature with the opening facing down. Wood is a natural material and can crack under extreme conditions.
- For this reason, do not leave the jug in water for a long time and do not place it in the sun or near heat sources such as heaters.
