Excellent customer service - I would highly recommend using the Whatsapp number if you have any queries. Product cam quite quickly in the post and arrived in relatively good shape, even though the packaging was a little banged up. In terms of the actual rapier, finish on the blade wasn't the best but, for the price, was perfectly satisfactory. Looks great and is a good display piece.
