The Cuchillería Martínez company has been dedicating itself to the manufacturing of pocketknives and knives for decades in the town of Santa Cruz de Mudela, thus continuing with a centuries-old tradition, that of the artisanal craft of the pocketknife and the knife. All our products carry the brand founded in 1951 by Juan José Martínez.

After several years working for different companies and being very clear about his enthusiasm for steel, knives and folding knives, he decided to work for himself until the day he retired. Juan José Martínez received numerous awards and recognitions, especially for keeping intact the traditions and customs that make a knife last a lifetime.

From the beginning of his working life, he was very clear about his profession, with this town being an emblematic point in the manufacture of knives and knives for centuries. He did not hesitate, working in some companies until 1951, in which he established himself on his own, creating and making pocketknives and knives with the traditions and qualities of the Classic Spanish Pocket Knife, practicing his profession actively until his retirement.
