The straight and twisted guard and pommel are made of iron, and the spring steel blade is forged to the pommel and bolted to the pommel. The wooden handle is covered with leather. The blade has a distinctive flute that runs almost to the middle of the blade, giving it flexibility and lighter weight. Blade edges are not sharp.

The sword comes with a leather-wrapped wooden scabbard with metal fittings. This is the regular version of this sword, which is also available in a practical version with a blunt blade and a rounded tip.

With a total length of approximately 116.5cm and a weight of approximately 1700g (sword only), this decorative longsword is a must-have for any collector of medieval history.
