Spanish rapiera sword with leather sheath. This reconstruction of a classic style Spanish arrow hilt rapier from the Renaissance has a narrow, double-edged EN45 spring steel blade with diamond cross-section and a pointed tip. The edges are not sharp and the full tang of the blade is threaded into the pommel. The complex and elegant sweeping hilt with S-shaped cross guard, bars and side rings is made of stainless steel, as is the pommel. The hilt is made up of a wooden core wrapped with braided steel wire.
Delivery includes a black stitched leather scabbard finished with a steel throat and cap.
Please note that this sword is not a battle ready weapon. It is intended as a collector's item or decoration/display item and is not suitable for combat re-enactment. In addition to its quality as a collectible, it is also perfectly suited as an accessory, e.g. to complete your costume.
