Bishop's cloak BMSB black chain mail. The bishop's mantle in the Middle Ages was attached to the helmet for additional protection of the neck and shoulders. The preferred helmets were, for example, the nasal helmet, but above all the baciente from the late Middle Ages or one of its versions, the skull or pig face helmet.
This chain mail bishop's mantle is made from 1.6mm thick blackened steel rings. It features an authentic serrated edge and is fitted with a sturdy, approx. 4.5 cm wide leather strip on the upper edge. Here you can punch the holes for the fixing with a punch.
