How to use this fibula? It is very simple. You only need to pierce the fabric where you want the fibula to hold your cape. Then, pass the pin between the ends of the ring and rotate the ring 90 degrees under the tip of the pin. Once you release the ring, the fabric instantly presses the pin into the ring and holds the fibula securely closed.
