Anik medieval bodice in black velvet with laces. It is lined with cotton fabric. It is adjustable by laces. It is very comfortable and can be worn all day long.

Shaping corsets appeared in the 16th century and were part of underwear. They had straps and gave the torso a V shape. The corset created a high waist and the stomach and breasts were flattened. In the 18th century, the desired silhouette changed. The hourglass shape went modern and the corset came strapless.
