Black brigandine with riveted steel metal plates. Our medieval brigantine is the perfect accessory for your next LARP costume or your next medieval event or ren fair cosplay. This style of arrangement of internally riveted steel plates is quite unusual but not unheard of. We have decided to loosely base our brigantine on an extant sage statue from 1270 from the Wienhausen monastery in present-day Germany. This statue features the same type of plate arrangement for the upper torso, but we decided to add some shoulder pads to protect the soldier's upper arm, making it a perfect costume piece for any frontline fighter. And when you want to get maximum hit points in your next LARP, you can easily pair it with a gambeson, chain mail, and the brigandine itself with a beautiful belt for a stunning look!
