The knights of heaven are crusaders and christians and they use their swords to fight against islam. The Knights of Heaven Sword has on its pommel the pate cross with the Templar legend Xpisti Sigillum Millitum. The Crusades were a series of military campaigns commonly supported by religious motives carried out by much of Christian Latin Europe, in particular, by the Franks of France and the Holy Roman Empire. Crusades with the specific goal of reestablishing Christian control of the Holy Land were fought over a period of nearly 200 years, between 1095 and 1291.
