Sgian dubh is the Scottish Gaelic name of a small dagger that is part of the traditional costume of the Scottish Highlands. According to the Scottish tradition, the original Sgian Dubhs were worn under the shirt near the armpit. Years later, Sgian Dubh was hidden in the stocking.
