Burgundy helmet closed and with visor. Very faithful replica of a 17th century Burgonet with a visor. The original of this helmet is on display at the Royal Armories in Leeds.
The helmet (including visor) is made of 1.6mm thick steel and fastens with a genuine brass buckle and a leather strap around the neck as shown in the images. The visor is locked with forged hooks. The helmet is lined with soft fabric.
