Greek Linothorax armor cuirass

This Linothorax cuirass armor is directly inspired by the glorious armor of the Greek hoplites of Athens and Sparta fighting the Persians or fighting each other during the Peloponnesian War. Later, it was also worn by the famous Falangists of Alexander the Great 's army and by many members of his elite companion's shock cavalry. This direct inspiration from rich ancient history makes it a must have for your personal collection or your next historical re-enactment!

Carefully HANDCRAFTED from GENUINE LEATHER and STURDY CANVAS, it is lighter and less prone to overheating than contemporary bronze brawn. Long, sturdy leather pteruges hanging from the bottom of this linothorax provide additional protection for the groin and upper legs. An antique brass Gorgon Medusa ornament is firmly affixed right in the center of the torso, adding a little extra touch of authenticity to this already impressive armor.
