Katana emperor Cold Steel® constructed blade in high carbon steel 1060 fully sharpened and heat-treated. The leaves are finished to manufacture by hand.

Designed to reflect some of the most distinctive features of the design of japanese swords. Cold Steel® uses only traditional materials for the Tsuba (guard), Fuchi (collar) and Kashira (pommel). Each piece is made by expert and finely crafted in nickel silver. The Habaki (collar of the blade) is also hand-made of alpaca and the hilt is covered in samé (skin lightning), and wrapped in the traditional style with silk cord black. A beautiful Menuki (a small ornamental sculpture inserted between the skin of rays and the envelopes of the cord) enhances even more the appearance of the handle.
