Roman helmet type Helmet of a Caesarean, in brass
Roman helmet type Helmet of a Caesarean, in brass. This reconstruction of the helmet of a legionary roman Coolus is made from brass 1.2 mm and is blackened on the inside. Given that the helmet does not have lining built-in, the delivery includes a padded hood of cotton, which makes it comfortable to wear. The flaps of the cheeks or rings either side of it are made of steel and each one is decorated with a small rosette of circular brass. These rings, which allow the fixation of a barboquejo, are fixed in the interior of the base of the helmet with strips of leather riveted together.
