Almete and Gorjal Avant with a design based on those used during the FIFTEENTH century. The helmets are typical, are formed by four pieces: a skull with a front-reinforced, two plates on the cheeks are linked with hinges to the skull and a visor pointed. The plates of the cheek is closed with a pin and secured with a hook or metal wire. As it became almost in the exact shape of the neck and the chin, it was necessary to develop a system of side-opening to allow easy extraction of this helmet. Inner perimeter of 64 cm
