Barbuta Northern Italy, circa 1465. Reconstruction very authentic of a barbuta medieval late. The original of this helmet is exhibited in the Musée de l Armèe de Paris. It is engraved with the seal of the city lombardiana of Missaglia, where probably made between 1460 and 1470 ad. This reconstruction was done in the traditional way and strictly follows the example. It has the same slim cut, the same comb pronounced, and the rivets decorated. The helmet has an inlay of leather adjustable high-class and are covered with leather on the inside. Comes in one size and has an inside circumference of 62 cms.
