Custom fabric masks
This protective mask, also known as face mask, face mask, mouth cover, or mouth cover mask, limits the transmission of infectious agents exhaled by the user to the environment and to others, and also protects the transmission by saliva of sick people or carriers. . This product has become popular as a result of the health crisis caused by the COVID-19 virus (coronavirus), after which the authorities have recommended or even forced the use of antivirus masks. This situation has increased the demand for coronavirus face masks with the aim of protecting both the wearer and other people who are less than 2 meters away.
Ear savers included with each mask
For each unit of personalized reusable mask (adult or child) an ear saver is included free of charge. This accessory allows you to adjust the rubber bands in different positions, and helps relieve the pressure of the mask's rubber bands on the ears, as well as avoid irritation in more sensitive skin.
The ends of the ear protectors can be easily cut with scissors, in order to adjust the size when necessary for a smaller head diameter (children, adolescents, etc).
Cleaning and disinfection of reusable hygienic masks
Any of these methods can be used:
- Wash and disinfect the masks with normal detergent and water at a temperature between 60º and 90º (normal washing machine cycle).
- Immerse the masks in a solution of bleach 1:50 with warm water for 30 minutes. Then wash with soap and water and rinse well to remove any remaining bleach. Let dry.
- Use any of the virucidal products authorized by the Ministry of Health for PT2 (environmental use) that have passed Standard 14476 of virucidal activity, and that are registered for use by the general public. Its use will be according to the manufacturer's recommendations, paying special attention to the diluted use or not of the product, and to the contact times necessary for the disinfectant activity. Once the masks have been disinfected, wash with plenty of soap and water to remove any chemical residue, and allow to dry.
Responsibility with the environment
The use of washable and reusable masks is the most environmentally friendly option. Disposable disposable masks cause more waste and pollution.

Each mask is individually packaged in closed plastic wrap.
Tips to put on the mask correctly
- The mask must be in contact with the skin, without hair inside.
- Wash hands with soap and water, or hand cleaning gel, before handling.
- The mask must completely cover the nose and mouth.
- Avoid touching the mask on the inside during placement.
- Holding the part of the nose, stretch as much as possible to cover the chin.
- Once placed, verify that breathing is carried out without any discomfort.
- Avoid touching the mask after it has been placed, and if necessary, clean previously with soap or gel.
Tips to remove the mask correctly
The UNE 0065:2020 protocol indicates the following steps when removing the mask:
- Wash your hands with soap and water, or hand cleaning gel, before removing.
- Do not touch the front.
- In the case of reusable masks, wash immediately following the washing instructions.
- Wash your hands with soap and water, or hand-cleaning gel, after removing.
